By creating an account on Path2Hire, enrolling in our upskilling programs, accessing our talent dashboards, or using any automated testing software, you explicitly agree to these global terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate platform usage.
Our ecosystem serves enterprise corporations, recruitment agencies, and candidates worldwide. Users must guarantee that all information, statutory identity proof, and company registration details submitted are 100% accurate and verifiable.
Career acceleration and placement disclaimer
Path2Hire is a full-stack integrated ecosystem. We provide structural industry training tracks, practitioner-led courses, and technical assessments to map and eliminate capability gaps for applicants.
While our custom learning programs provide verified corporate interview pipelines and a historical 95% placement readiness success metric, enrollment serves strictly as a career-acceleration and validation model. It does not represent an unconditioned automatic legal employment guarantee.
Global currency matrix and non-refundable commitments
Corporate operations, tracking filters, and candidate profile access are completely managed via Path2Hire Coins ("P2H Coins"). The universal conversion rate is fixed at a constant baseline: $1 P2H Coin = INR 10 (or local currency equivalent systematically adjusted at international billing checkouts).
To protect system integrity and prevent commercial plan exploitation, recharge top-ups are strictly locked to your currently active system subscription level (Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly). Users active on a specific cycle are restricted from purchasing top-ups categorized under alternative durations.
All financial payments processed for base system subscriptions or digital token refills represent immediate operational allocations and are completely non-refundable and non-reversible.
High-volume capacity allocation and booster
Registered organizations categorized under the "Recruitment Firm" segment are recognized as bulk marketplace volume partners. While the base coin consumption rates for unlocking candidate credentials remain uniformly identical across the platform, Recruitment Partners receive an automated 20% capacity booster applied exclusively on operational Wallet Recharges.
This dynamic volume-driven capacity booster does not apply to initial base system subscription pass activations and is triggered purely on subsequent wallet refills.
Absolute ownership and data lifecycle
All live audio-visual recordings, technical cross-examinations, practical code sheets, Excel tracking documents, and comprehensive competence scorecards generated by our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are the sole, exclusive property of Path2Hire.
Evaluated video assets are curated strictly for placement validation and will be presented only to registered enterprise recruiters in our secure ecosystem. Raw video files or streams will not be shared with individual candidates under any circumstances to preserve testing metrics.
To guarantee that B2B buyers review accurate capabilities, all candidate vetting video records are subject to an automated 6-month data expiration boundary from the date of recording. Because an applicant's domain exposure and industry knowledge mature over time, historical records are automatically archived at the 6-month window. To update active marketplace presence, users must register for a fresh evaluation round.
Continuous audits and material breach enforcement
Path2Hire maintains an active, regular communication check-in and pipeline auditing mechanism with all cataloged professionals to trace their interview statuses, active offers, and employment status.
Corporate users and partners are strictly prohibited from utilizing anonymous profile indicators, competency charts, or interview highlights to search, trace, or contact candidates through third-party repositories (such as LinkedIn, local boards, or offline networks) to bypass digital token spend.
If a regular platform audit verifies that a subscriber tracked, reviewed, or identified an active candidate inside their Path2Hire dashboard logs and subsequently engaged or hired that individual externally without deploying the standard platform unlock button, it constitutes an immediate material breach of contract and intellectual property theft.
Upon tracking system circumvention, Path2Hire will execute the following administrative enforcement actions instantly without notification:
Legal boundaries and jurisdiction
These terms are governed under corporate business framework registries. Any unresolved structural data, platform compliance, or financial transaction disputes arising from platform consumption will be filed and processed exclusively under the designated legal court jurisdictions.
